Right of rescission

Right of Withdrawal for Businesses

This offer is directed exclusively at businesses within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB) that purchase the ordered service in the course of their commercial or independent professional activity. Businesses are not granted a right of withdrawal.

Should a contract exceptionally be concluded with a consumer, the following statutory right of withdrawal shall exceptionally apply to that consumer:

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us,

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Please state your order or invoice number and the service you wish to withdraw from. You may use the model withdrawal form below for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

Special Notes on Early Expiry

If you requested that the service should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided at the point in time at which you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal in respect of this contract, compared to the total scope of services provided for in the contract.

Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have fully performed the service and only began performing it after you had given your express consent to this and simultaneously confirmed your knowledge that you would lose your right of withdrawal upon our complete performance of the contract (Section 356 (4) BGB).

For contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. software licenses, downloads), your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun performance of the contract after you expressly agreed that we may begin performance of the contract before the withdrawal period has expired, and confirmed your knowledge that by giving this consent you lose your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract has begun (Section 356 (5) BGB).
